My client, a marketing director on the executive board of a global insurance company, was looking for support to “have one more shot at making her job work”. She was struggling to demonstrate her value and enhance her reputation with her colleagues and a CEO she felt didn’t understand her role.
In six coaching sessions over four months, we worked on helping her identify the organisational priorities and build relationships with her executive peers by understanding and meeting their individual expectations.
One of the tangible outcomes of our work was widespread recognition and acknowledgment for her new marketing programme.
Moving forward, she also had a clear strategy for driving her performance. She continued to thrive in her job and to enjoy the new-found confidence of her boss and board colleagues.
